No, I have not fallen off the face of the Earth. I know it's been quite some time since my last post. Two reasons for that. Number one: my son has somehow "misplaced" my camera so there's no way to show you what I've been working on. I plan to look for it everywhere today because I will need it for Christmas as well. And number two: I am addicted to an MMO called Shaiya and any time that I'm not spending making Christmas presents I spend playing this game.

So a brief list of things I've been working on and hopefully soon I will have pictures so I can make an actual post about each.

I've almost finished another little bear using the Strawbeary pattern from Elizabeth Doherty.

I've finished one scarf and need to make another for two of the younger girls on my list. Thank goodness scarves are in this year!

I"m almost halfway done with a really nice warm fuzzy white blanket for one of the other younger girls.

I've made a few of the snowman bags from the December 2009 issue of Crochet World magazine. Also from this issue I am making the stuffed train toy. This one will warrant an entire post to explain.

I'm making a few Barbie Snuggies by request from my cousin's daughter.

I"m making another one of Alice's wonderful Starling Handbags. They are so much fun to make and can be customized in all kinds of ways. You can find the pattern in her downloads section at Future Girl.

As usual I have so many people to crochet for and I just looked up and Christmas is right around the corner. So I've kicked my crochet production into high gear. I'm pretty sure I won't be able to finish everything I have in mind but I'll do as much as I can. Goals for today are to finish another skein on the blanket and possibly start another snowman bag. Or I might just put the feet on the bear and have that project done. Oh and of course, find my camera!
